With the idea in mind of stroking the ball before or at the peak of its bounce, begin an outward- forward motion by pushing the arm out and opening the elbow as you stroke over the ball. Complete the stroke by pivoting your waist to the left and moving the wrist towards the other side of the table at the end of your stroke for extra quickness. |
